- Unused and uninstalled
- In its original packaging

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom-built or made-to-order structures
- Personalized or special-order items
- Installed or assembled products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
Due to the size and nature of our products (such as metal carports, garages, sheds, and related accessories), we do not process direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, you may:
- Request a return (if eligible)
- Once approved, place a new order separately
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing justification.
To qualify:
- The item must be unused and uninstalled
- It must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Custom-built or personalized products may not qualify under this right, where legally permitted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
